Water in the ground comes to these wells at a slow rate due to the fact
that it must travel sideways through the soil. Bored Wells were the kind of wells that everyone had up until the early 1900's.
These were hand-dug wells. The amount of water in these wells tends to vary through out the year due to changes in the
water table.
